I'm Megan Liken, a creator, connector, community builder, and professional life reinventor.
Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats: corporate employee, entrepreneur, digital nomad, coach, event host, and community organizer. Through every pivot, one thing remained constant: the people around me shaped my experience more than anything else.
The friendships, communities, and spaces where I felt seen didn't just make life better, they changed the trajectory of it. Over time, I've come to see that your network isn't just your net worth, it's your access to belonging, growth, and possibility.
Today, I'm the co-founder of Community Week Tucson, a citywide initiative that celebrates the individuals and organizations helping people find connection and belonging. Through that work, I've met incredible builders creating everything from social clubs and networking communities to masterminds, meetups, online communities, and local movements.
